Room rates

Our room rates range from $98 during our quieter weeks to $188 during our busier periods.

Children under the age of 12 stay free of charge. There is an additional charge of $20 per additional guest over the age of 12.

Our rates include the following for each paying guest:

• Vermont Country Breakfast
  Two Silverdollar Pancakes & Two Eggs, Country Sausage or Bacon, Fruit Juice, Homefries, Muffin, and Vermont Maple Syrup

or

• Continental Breakfast
  Breakfast Pastry, Cold Cereals, Fruit Juice, Coffee or Tea
• Cots/cribs available at $10.00 per day.
• Pets accepted in a limited selection of rooms at $10.00 per night.
• Rates subject to 9% Vermont State Tax.
• Reservations must be guaranteed by payment or with a credit card.
• Cancellation Policy - 7 Day notice is required. If reservation made within 7 days before arrival a 48-hour notice is required for a refund, should cancellation be necessary.
• Guaranteed rooms are held and billed in the event of a "no show."
• Rates are subject to change.
